Erin is an impact-driven, systems-oriented consultant and organizational leader with 15+ years helping nonprofits, government, and cross-sector organizations grow stronger, smarter, and more mission-aligned. In 2013, she founded Insights for Social Good to help organizations become effective, stable, and efficient—while keeping their vision and values intact.
She brings a human-centered approach to change, partnering with people and organizations to navigate challenges, amplify strengths, and advance equity. By blending systems thinking, evidence-informed problem-solving, and compassionate leadership, she helps build organizations that are resilient, effective, and mission-aligned.
A global perspective shapes Erin’s work: she has lived and worked across Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, and East Asia, and after nearly 20 years in Los Angeles, she made Portland, Maine her home in 2023. Locally, she volunteers, makes art, is an avid runner, and enjoys life with her partner Tim, their cat Aonghas, and dog Lewis.
