Born of a deep interest in and regard for others, Erin has dedicated her career to supporting change, exploration, and learning. In 2013, she founded Insights for Social Good, a management consulting practice for nonprofits, with a mission to help organizations become effective, stable, and efficient, while preserving their heart and advancing their vision.
Erin brings a multifaceted perspective to nonprofit leadership, informed by her comprehensive experience in the sector, from entry-level roles to Executive Director. She also draws on her work in the arts, academia, and for-profit sectors, giving her a broad, nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics.
Having lived and worked across the U.S., Western and Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, South and Central America, and East Asia, Erin relocated to Portland, Maine in 2023 after nearly 20 years in Los Angeles.
Outside of her consulting work, Erin creates art, volunteers as an Emergency Crisis Counselor, practices food preservation, runs daily, and enjoys time with her partner Tim, their cat Aonghas, and dog Lewis.
